30 Decembre 2009 (Day 121)
Today was a very productive day. After having hot chocolate and bread for breakfast Brooke and I went out to the mielry and helped put labels on honey. We brought out my laptop and sang along to oldies. They have lots of different flavors of honey that they make like: creamy, lavender, fruit, hazelnut, honey from the mountains, country, etc. We had a break for lunch around 2 and ate leftover lentils. Brooke and I went back to the honey for a while and then we went out to help with the sheep. We went to the barn and they weren’t there! We got the hay and corn ready for the sheep and then Brooke and I went searching for the sheep. It was a really foggy day, so you couldn’t see the sheep at all! Luckily, they had on their bells, otherwise we wouldn’t have had a chance. The dogs were a lot better at finding the sheep then we were so they scared them to the barn. I had a fun time laughing at Brooke trying to organize the sheep and get them inside. They really are such stupid stupid animals. It took a while to get Jean, the horse in the barn because he didn’t want to go inside.
The kids went to their grandparents, so we had some down time. When they got home, we watched a couple of episodes of Veronica Mars and then had dinner (leftover onion soup and curry, oh boy). We figured out Brooke and my outfits for the Ball. We washed our long sleeve black shirts in the sink and now we are all ready and packed to leave tomorrow morning super early.
